We are hiring a freelance SAP TRM consultant to handle support tickets. The freelancer must analyze each ticket, estimate the hours required, and begin work once the client approves. System access will be provided after approval. Compensation is ₹400 per hour.  

Cash & Liquidity Management
Bank Account Management (BAM)
Treasury Accounting
Debt & Investment Management
Market Risk, Credit Risk, Counterparty Risk

Responsibilities

  • Analyze & resolve TRM issues
  • Provide effort estimates
  • Test & close tickets
  • Document fixes
  • Coordinate with client (Less chances)

Must Have

  • TRM ticket resolution experience
  • Troubleshooting valuation issues
  • Handling failed deals
  • Posting errors
  • Bank statement integration

Nice to have

  • Calm mindset — treasury users often escalate quickly
  • Greenfield or Brownfield TRM implementation
  • Solving reconciliation issues
  • Dealing with auditors & compliance teams
